Office employees often have the feeling that safety isn't important in their jobs – since they don't work "on the factory floor". Yet, accidents in the office account for thousands of hours of lost time, and millions of dollars in Workers' Compensation and medical costs. Working Safely in the Office, recently updated with new information, shows the hazards found in the office environment, and the critical importance of on-the-job safety practices.
Please take notes on the worksheet provided below as you watch the video below. My recommendation is to download the notes, open in Adobe Acrobat DC, open "comment" in the upper right hand corner and click on the "T" for text.
